Job Description:
- Arrange Manager's meetings, appointments, emails & meeting minutes.
- Company's filing, employees' documents & stationary supply.
- Handle customer complaints & inquiries.
- Logistics managing, Public Relation (Customer & Supplier).
- Finance & Administrative Managing.
- Able to Work On call beside normal working days (Associates may be required to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime as the needs of the business necessitate).
- Able to Work in & out side the Company.
Job Requirements:
- Preferred Own a driver’s license.
- Preferred Nasr city or Heliopolis resident.
Skills:
- Excellent English (Oral & Written).
- Excellent Computer (Microsoft Office).
- Excellent R & D (Through Internet).
- Excellent interpersonal.
- Excellent presentation.
- Excellent conversational skills.
- Positive in learning.
- Hard worker.
